Situated on a narrow site in the urban context of downtown Toronto, the design for Patterson Residence had to maximize area and natural light.

The result is a two-storey home, which maximizes daylight with large windows and high ceilings. A rooftop terrace off the master bedroom, on the upper level, gives the residents the enjoyment of a private outdoor space.
